Your privacy is important to us.
Through our Products and Services, you may be able to access third party services (through links, advertisements, or other means), including social networks, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Google+. Please understand that those third parties have their own set of information practices. We strongly recommend that you read their privacy policies and terms and conditions of use to understand how they collect, use, and share information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.
By using the Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy.
How We Collect Information
BOXI’s primary goals in collecting and using information from you is to create your account, provide services to you, improve our Products and Services, contact you, conduct research, and create reports for internal use. Described below are different ways by which we may collect your information.

- BOXI’s Site
While you are browsing BOXI’s Site, your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring web site addresses may be logged automatically. We may use this information to monitor, develop, and analyze your use of the service. When you subscribe for the newsletter, request for customer service, sign up for game test, register for the forums, and comment on blogs, we may ask you to submit your name, email address, country name, test device information. We may use your email address to contact you about your experience with BOXI Sites and notify you about company news and promotions. You may opt-out from receiving emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication.
- Social Media Links and Widgets
- Invite a Friend
BOXI may offer you the opportunity to invite and play with your contacts. To do so, BOXI may request access to your address book or social networking accounts. We will ask for your permission before we access and store your contacts.
- Customer Service
We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service group. We may use that email address to contact you about your gaming experience with BOXI games and notify you about company news and promotions. - Game Data Collection
When you play BOXI games, we collect anonymous data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files. This information may be associated with your player ID, IP address, or device ID for the purpose of providing and improving our Products and Services.
A cookie is a small text file that we transfer to your computer and/or device, to identify a user’s computer/device and to “remember” things about your visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information, such as your user ID, for purposes such as improving the quality of our Products and Services, tailoring recommendations to your interests, and making the Products and Services easier to use. You can disable cookies at any time, although you may not be able to access or use all of the features of our Products and Services.
- Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We may, or through our third party tracking utility partner, employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages or e-mails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We may associate this information with your IP address or device identifier but do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personal information.
- Analytics Tools
We may use analytics tools to collect information to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Products and Services and evaluate your usage of the Site. The tool may record information such as game state, date and amount of time of activity on the BOXI games or the Site, game metrics and statistics, feature usage and purchase history, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, and other similar information. We do not link the information we store within the analytics tools to any personal information you submit within the mobile application or the Site.

- International Transfer
We may transfer information that we collect about you to affiliated entities, or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Policy.
